The entrance area could really use a refresh, the lack of elevator is inconvenient!!! The shower drainage was disappointing, and there's insufficient attention to the cleanliness of the pool area!!! Consider offering refreshments for guests too!!!

Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel had some enjoyable moments. The staff provided great local tips and were very engaging. The breakfast featured a variety of options, showcasing fresh local ingredients. The grounds were appealing, and the pool area had a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the mini fridge in the room and the complimentary water bottle. However, some aspects need attention. The room had a moldy smell, which was quite unpleasant. The air conditioning unit leaked water onto the bed, making it uncomfortable during the night. Breakfast starting at 8 AM was inconvenient when many guests, like me, wanted to head out early to explore the nearby Mayan sites. It would be better if they offered earlier breakfast options or free takeaway breakfasts for guests.

The breakfast showcased fresh local ingredients, and it was a highlight of my mornings, especially enjoying it by the pool.
The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, as it dripped directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable for sleep.
